What makes me happy???
Cool folding cards that are easy to make!!!!!!!

Working on a Blocks Card. I found this wonderful tutorial for a folding blocks card and I finally have it put together and can now start to decorate it. This is a very cool design and I have only seen this on one site but you can find this fun and different tutorial here:
 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4H6Kveu0ctc

Here are some pictures from her video to help you make this amazing card!!

Start with a 12x12 sheet of paper
Cut out a 4 1/2 x 12 piece and a 4 1/2 x 1 piece (score this piece at 1/2", this is your hinge)

Score the larger paper at every 1 1/2"
Now cut as shown:

Apply glue as shown (can also use a tape runner)

Now to add the hinge!

Now it's time to decorate!!  This makes me 'OH SO HAPPY!!'  The squares are cut at 1 1/4", you will need 18 of these to cover all squares!

As you can see by the photo above this card folds flat so it can be placed in a standard envelope to be mailed.

Here is an idea that my card girls came up with at our last card class:  a flower holder or a pen holder!

And her name is JOY!

Supplies Needed

To make more of these cute cards you might want to pick up some extra supplies!
